Ilfracombe boat fishing charters, book and join us on one of our individual or full boat charters fishing the Bristol channel off the beautiful North Devon and North Cornwall coast.

What we offer

Lure Fishing

We specialize in light lure fishing on the reefs and wrecks off north devon. This is something i have been doing for the past 10 years landing pollack to 13lb bass to double figures and wrasse over 5lb. We fish light lure rods small fixed spools loaded with fine braid with a mix of soft plastic and metal lures. The fish aren’t always big but it is still great fun. CLick image for more information.

Bait fishing

We offer a range of general bait fishing trips of 4, 6 or 8 hours. We offer both full boat bookings and trips for individuals. bait fishing can throw up many different species but generally we are targeting a mix of Tope, Huss, Eels and Ray. Click image for more information.

Specimen hunting

If your after the big ones we can do bespoke specimen hunting trips. These trips are normally full boat charters targeting large tope or sharks we have had Tope over 70lb and porbeagle sharks in excess of 300lb. Click image for more information.

Species hunting

We have a great mix of fishing grounds off the north devon coast and later in the year we offer species hunting days and competitions. pit yourself against the others on the boat scale things down and see how many different species you can catch in a day. Click image for more information.

The boat

Location

We are based in Ilfracombe on the North Devon coast. We have access to the rich waters of Lundy Island, The North Cornwall reefs, a multitude of wrecks in the Bristol channel, reefs under the spectacular giant Seacliffs of Exmoor and the extensive sand banks and reefs of Barnstaple and Bideford bay.
