Types of bait fishing trips we offer

Our bait fishing trips are normally fishing at anchor targeting a range of species including Tope, Huss, various ray species, Eels and the obligatory dog fish.

Tackle can be provided but you need to supply your own bait check out the link to our local tackle shops. We can also arrange bait for you at additional cost but you must give us advance notice,

2 - 4 hours

Our 2-4 hour trips are perfect for those new to boat fishing or just want a quick trip out to get a bend in the rod. most of our short trips are run over slack water to maximise your productive fishing time. Guidance and tackle can be provided you will need to provide bait or we can provide bait at additional cost.

6-8 hour trips

Our 6-8 hours trips are run within a range of 20 miles from ilfracombe we fish the reefs, banks and wrecks of the Bristol channel. Depending on tide and weather we may go up channel or down. We offer bait only trips and combined bait and lure trips please visit our online booking site for dates and costs.

Long range trips 9 hours plus

We are able to do full day long range trips to lundy and beyond.

Individual trips

Perfect for those that don’t want to arrange full boat charters, just have one or two fishing friends or want jump on a boat to meet new like minded people with common interests.

Family trips

We love taking family groups out. depending on how many of you there are you could book onto an individual trip or hire the full boat. we welcome children and have two speed reels that gives children the chance to wind in a monster all by themselves. we recommend children are only taken on short trips unless they are experienced boaters.

Full boat bookings

We do offer a wide range of trips but if there something specific you want to do or try we can accommodate this on a full boat charter. It doesn’t have to be fishing and can be anything from 2 hours to a full day charter. Give us call to discuss.
